There is no piece of information in this book that you can't find anywhere online free of charge - having said that, I'm glad I didn't pay for this so-called book. The author also steered away from the original topic of minimalism and started to talk about healthy habits. In essence, this was a very minimalist look on minimalism.Product details

Minimalist Habit Stacking edition by Gail Garris Crafts Hobbies Home eBooks Reviews
Simple but reaffirming principles
Repetitive, and poorly edited. Why take 16 more words to say what I've said in the first four? That would be.....
I minimize to maximize the time and energy management in my daily life after reading this book. Awesome
There just weren't enough new ideas to warrant this read. I could only count 5 of the 7 habits of highly organized people they listed. I don't need to be told to stop procrastinating, save money, enjoy life, laugh and reduce clutter. I don't know anything more about being a minimalist then when I started this book. And aside from the idea of setting a timer for 25 minutes and then taking a break, which I've read in other time management books, there wasn't much to take away and implement. Don't waste your time.
Good for suggestions. Mostly common sense. Not necessarily consistent throughout the book. Decent but not great could use more cohesiveness
Yet another book that preaches for living simpler life. I haven't found in this book new or interesting argument.
I really enjoyed this book. It had the right message at the right time for me. I am at the time in my life that I need to make a big change. The author was easy to understand and had step by step ways to start a more stress free and happy life. The author gave many reasons why you need to embrace this lifestyle. I am really motivated and excited to take the the next step in my life.
